ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including leases, abstracts, operating statements, rent rolls, and other due diligence material. Support transaction management with prospecting and pitching new business. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Work experience in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics. Commercial real estate experience a plus.
