Responsibilities Support producers / salespeople in organizing necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements to support invoicing and commission calculations. Prepare commission calculations for payroll processing. Act as direct liaison between the producers and the Regional Finance Team. Research and produce additional reports as requested (e.g., general ledger reports, aging AR reports, internal breakdowns by producer, etc), as well as provide ad hoc producer support. Assist with creation and submission of expense reports. Salesforce maintenance : tracking deals and pipeline for forecasting; ensure all calculations and data entries are correct. Partner with our centralized Accounting team to coordinate revenue and expense recognition and journal entry reconciliations. Support the Regional Finance Leads in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Effectively communicates corporate timelines, compliance requirements, and the timing of invoice submittals and fee receipts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including leases, abstracts, operating statements, rent rolls, and other due diligence material. Research market conditions in support of financial scenario assumptions. Work with Brokers to analyze various proposals using discounted cash flow analysis, EBITDA, and Balance Sheet impact. Support drafting of technical memos, proposal responses, presentations, reports for prospect and client meetings, advanced market research, collection and analysis of economic, demographic, and real estate market data, internal and external business development. Review and analyze legal documents, financial reports, and operating plans as part of due diligence process, negotiations, and restructures. Maintain social presence within the company and up to date on industry trends. Oversee the production of presentations and reports for prospect and client meetings. Support transaction management with prospecting and pitching new business. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Work experience in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics. Commercial real estate experience a plus. Strong understanding of financial concepts (i.e., Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, etc.) Ability to review, analyze and interpret source documents, including leases, operating statements, budgets, etc. Intermediate-level Excel skills, experience with LeaseCalcs a plus.
