Set up and operate equipment effectively and safely (welder, torch, plasma cutter, grinder) Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements Size up components and verify they are within specified tolerances Set up weld equipment for specific task to be performed Weld components using proper equipment and techniques.
