Ensure major slot machine repair issues are appropriately reported Ensure slot repair shop is organized and clean Assist Slot Technicians with slot conversions and projects, floor coverage and assignments when requested Assist with slot system and machine updates Bring dispute and unusual guest activities to the attention of management Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, internal policies and procedures Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service Maintain positive working relationship with other departments Cooperate and communicate with fellow employees in all departments.
