Act as administrator for the applicant tracking system
Post, maintain, and update open positions on the Archdiocese website, as well as third-party websites such as LinkedIn and Indeed
Partner with recruiters and sourcer on the recruitment team to build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive
Attract and source passive candidates
Search resume databases for ideal candidates
Pre-screen and present qualified candidates to recruiters and / or hiring managers
Communicate effectively with hiring managers, internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across departments serving as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process
Schedule and track interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Request and follow up on pre-employment background checks
Perform reference checks
Create and / or send offer letters and other communications
Make recommendations on and participate in improving recruitment, new hire and other HR processes
Deliver exceptional candidate experience
Prepare reports (key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, new hire etc.) and conduct research
Schedule and coordinate set-up of job fairs, to include advertising, email blasts to candidates and assist in managing applicant pools.
Attend and provides administrative support in various projects, job fairs, hiring events and presentations
Seeks alternative sourcing avenues to create a future pipeline of candidates.
