Work you’ll do / Responsibilities
Currently, working with our project team and our healthcare client, you will analyze, verify, track, and recommend for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and / or any other components of the project plan cycle and agile delivery.
You will also serve as a liaison between business and technology teams. You will also participate in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users;
educates practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures.
This position is a infrastructure and management TouchWorks engineer / senior analyst on our application infrastructure team.
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining our TouchWorks environment to ensure system stability. You will assist with SQL queries for troubleshooting and dB updates, testing of patches and monitoring the system.
This position will provide Touchworks and surround products (Prenatal, ADM, DMO & Midmark) client support through resolving incidents and addressing provisioning and change requests.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Altera TouchWorks application and skilled in customer service, ServiceNow & TW application admin and backend configuration.
Experience in working on Mobile patient services portals / app. This role is functional role. You will have good understanding of hospital and clinician workflows.
Experience in revenue cycle workflows in hospital system is preferred.
Guides the infrastructure system analysis, definition, verification, and validation to ensure the evolving systems meet the requirements for the organization, including weekly review and monitoring of capacity and performance reports.
Attends architectural review board meetings to ensure standards and the appropriate technical solutions are implemented.
Manages ticket queues to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.
Provides technical expertise and support of Enterprise Infrastructure systems distributed across several data centers. Participates in short and long range technical and architectural planning.
Guides all technical activities for infrastructure systems to ensure high reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- In this role, you will consult with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation. You will also conduct post implementation satisfaction surveys;
- advise management of results and recommends actions; troubleshoot issues and resolves concerns as well as recommend necessary fixes;
consult with newly acquired facilities and designs transition and implementation plans. You will be operating under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of supporting and maintaining Altera TouchWorks healthcare application. Supported products of TouchWorks (Prenatal, ADM, DMO & Midmark)
- 3+ years in healthcare
- 3+ years experience in working on mobile patient services portals / app.
- 2+ years of experience in configuration management
- 2+ years experience as infrastructure and management engineer
- Skilled in customer service, ServiceNow & TW application admin and backend configuration
- Good understanding of hospital, clinician and revenue cycle workflows
- Expertise in SQL queries for troubleshooting, DB updates, testing of patches and monitoring TouchWorks environment.
- Ability to work remotely within US

- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
