Essential Functions
- Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from pantry to serving counters.
- Set up attractive food displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
- Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
- Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and remove trash.
- Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays.
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
- Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
- Locate and provide items requested by guests.
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in pantry or breakfast area and mop or vacuum floors.
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Food sanitation certification a plus and required within 90 days of employment.
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Essential Functions :
As a valued member of the PrimeFlight team, you will provide safe and courteous wheelchair services to various airline passengers with disabilities, while complying with the Air Carrier Access Act, airport policies, airline procedures, FAA regulations, and U.
S. Customs procedures. You will :
Safely and comfortably lift disabled passengers with assistance from one mobility device to or from an aircraft seat
Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates
Carry passengers’ carry-on luggage
Assist with checked and claimed luggage
Roll customer-occupied wheelchair safely down the jet bridge
Ensure wheel brakes are in place prior to allowing passengers to exit the wheelchair
Complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports
Follow dispatcher gate orders
Stock needed supplies including, but not limited to, baggage tubs
Pull unclaimed luggage from baggage belts and ensure its security
Assist passenger with any problems, questions, or concerns
Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
Exceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Safety Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility
Service Provide an amazing experience for your customers
Sales Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline

Provide customers with engaging and interactive pre-flight training
Assist with gearing and de-gearing customers
Coach and encourage novice and advanced flyers of all ages
Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel

Support your teammates with miscellaneous tasks when needed
As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds.
As needed, participation in marketing related photography, video, and social content capture for promotional usage.
Physical Requirements :
Physically hold and support in the wind tunnel persons that weigh up to 300 lbs
Maintain and support a flyer’s weight by physically gripping flyer’s torso and / or legs to move flyer in three-dimensional space and to rotate about central axis
Endurance to physically withstand wind speeds up to
Withstand impacts caused from flyers descending rapidly, flyers contacting walls, flyers contacting other flyers, and flyers impacting your torso and limbs
Safely control a flyer’s movement and position in the wind tunnel while also flying with the student
Perform all of the above for up to 13 people, 30 minutes at a time, up to 5 times a day, up to 5 days a week
Travel up and down stairs and ladders several times per day
Spend multiple hours in confined maintenance spaces

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
Service
Greet the guests who approach the counter displays and who walk into the dining room
Pack and provide the guests / customer with requested items
Ensure that all items are correctly rung-in on checks and / or cashed
Maintain correct pars of items in the display
Maintain appearance of counter and the display in an on-going manner throughout the hours of operation
Follow and complete closing counter check list prior to departure unless otherwise assigned by management
Perform the cash drawer checkout after each shift (ask management for assistance if needed).
Bar / Counter Maintenance
Accurately maintain the organization and cleanliness of the counter in accordance to health Department standards
Requisition all needed food items and keep the counter stocked at all times and restock it in the end of the shift (for example cookie tins, olive oil bottles, etc.)
Prepare all packing products needed for wrapping of items and food products
Communicate any problems (lighting, cooling units, etc.) to management immediately
Mark food items with dates at the end of your shift
