In this role, you will greet patrons at the front door or entrance, direct them to the right areas, and keep the lobby looking presentable. You will also answer patrons' questions that are within your scope. While there are no formal educational qualifications for this job, our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and some experience in a customer service role.
