Financial Analyst
What You'll Be Doing
The Financial Analyst :
- Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets.
- Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances. Measures actual performance against budget.
- Prepares forecasting reports and trend analysis. Develops recommendations for budget allocations that conform with budgetary policies and limits.
- Utilizes financial modeling and data analytics tools.
- Any and all other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
The successful financial analyst will have at a minimum :
- Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, business or related
- 2 years previous experience in FP&A
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong skills in MS Office suite including advanced skills with Excel
- Ability to get things done and work independently
