The Analyst, Marketing Analytics, collaborates with the team to analyze the performance of marketing efforts across MGM’s database and direct marketing in support of acquisition, retention and reactivation of marketing campaigns with a focus on competitive market analytics, engagement trends, booking behaviors, campaign effectiveness, and more for MGM Resorts’ portfolio.

The Analyst will provide actionable insights and recommendations to maximize offer / campaign profitability, share of wallet, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance.

This individual will support a world-class Marketing Analytics team and help define its required technology and toolset.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analyzes complex data sets and extracts key insights using various economic, financial, customer, and marketing methodologies

Synthesizes data, insights, and consumer research to create presentations that make fact-based recommendations

Develops analytics capabilities across aligned functional areas and properties

Reviews findings with and makes recommendations to the EA leadership and business partners

Balances new insight against current projects and continually seeks innovation through ongoing networking and research efforts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

At least (1) one year of experience in Marketing Analytics with experience in driving business performance through operational insights and analytics

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :

Gaming license(s) in applicable jurisdictions

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
