General Summary : Performs business, budget, and financial analysis, forecasting and accounting functions for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Performs highly complex analysis of internal costs, incurred costs, estimates, financial, and statistical information. Assists with the development, preparation, training, and coordination of Department’s operating and capital budgets. Research budget and accounting issues for management and makes recommendations based on the research. Serves as contact with department personnel to obtain information relevant to budgets and plans.
