Business Analyst
The opportunity :
We are looking for a bright and dedicated Business Analyst to join our People Team. You will work alongside People, Finance, and Business Leaders to drive analytical initiatives that are critical to solving challenges at the nexus of our workforce and business.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering on our people analytics strategy including analyzing data, identifying insights, presenting results to leaders, and ultimately informing decisions that impact the employee experience and business outcomes.

You will :
- Manage mission critical analytics initiatives in partnership with People Team leadership, ensuring we effectively define requirements, leverage data, and deliver value.
- Partner with leaders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather data on the quality, relevance, and business impact of our employee experience.
- Build and maintain People analytics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL and data visualization tools.
- Facilitate decision-making for our overall People strategy through presentation of supporting metrics, data analysis, and visualizations.
- Share insights and recommendations with team leadership based on our analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement People programs and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain People process documentation and training materials.
- Geek out on People analytics.
You should have :
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, business, data analytics, and data visualization.
- Experience in people-centered analytics and reporting (learning & development, employee experience, employee engagement, or related HR fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including proficiency in SQL, HRIS, Excel, Visier, and other analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience in survey design and analysis techniques to measure employee satisfaction, knowledge utilization, and business impact.
- Effective data visualization skills and ability to effectively present findings to cross-functional partners and leaders with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Experience independently producing written documents describing analyses from start to finish.
- Proven expertise in program measurement and evaluation, including impact measurement, evaluating program effectiveness, and developing new metrics / measures.
- A strong track record of delivering results into production for your internal customers.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
