- Perform basic accounting functions such as timekeeping, expense reporting and accounts payable processing.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting.
- Provide other miscellaneous engineering staff support tasks / administrative projects as needed.

- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers and engineering staff in a fast-paced environment
- Prior Administrative experience with a civil engineering consultant, architectural design firm, or accounting firm preferred
- Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and reliable
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook

Overview
