Summary of Position :
The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping / receiving, product storage, and delivery set-up.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Prepare orders by processing requests : pull accurate materials and place in appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery;
loading and unloading trucks as necessary
- Maintain inventory controls through minimizing materials damage and ensuring order accuracy
- Be able to organize the warehouse and manage bin locations
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
- Workers are required to lift to 50 lbs., walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel-toed boots
- Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards
- Must be able to think for yourself-problem solve

- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
Basic Qualifications :
- High school diploma preferred
- 1-3 years of experience or more is preferred

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations. You will supervise the warehouse team, supervise implementation and maintenance of logistics processes, and oversee inventory management, security, and safety of the warehouse.
Th e expected rate ofpayfor this position is $60,000 annually, more based on experience. This position is also commission eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
Shift will be M-F, 6 : 00am - 3 : 00pm, no weekends, paid holidays.
In this role you will :
Supervise warehouse staff and designate daily work assignments
Supervise inbound and outbound shipping activity, ensure customer service goals are attained
Select routing for trucks and ensure loading operations are in compliance
Maintain security of warehouse equipment and material
Ensure all procedures are followed under ISO regulations and ensure employees are following safety rules

Summary

Loads common carrier and company vehicles
Inspects and performs minor maintenance on equipment

About the Position
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for acting as a coach / leader of warehouse associates and leading by example and inspiring teammates to fulfill their individual daily tasks in addition to their own.

Complete applicable paperwork (i.e. shipping / tracking labels) per standard operating procedures and applicable regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.)
Participate in inventory / cycle count activities as needed and report variances to leadership.
Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
Ensure the facility is inspection ready at all times for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
Communicate and report any incidents to the supervisor
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
Review and Analyze daily production reports.
Serve as backup to other warehouse roles, as needed.
Depending on specific departments other duties may apply.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Minimum 2 years prior warehouse / distribution operations experience and 6 months experience related to leadership or supervisory experience and / or training in a distribution environment.
Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
