Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by Manager
Maintain and update equipment and product tracking log
Manage all electronic receipts of equipment / product when it arrives
Manage warehouse functions including but not limited to shipping receiving and inventory control
Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for all assigned inventory
Responsible for pulling inventory for order prep pre-fabrication and staging on project pallets
Coordinate and manage the maintenance of equipment
Answer all incoming calls and email queries; assisting customers clients and related vendors as needed
Other duties assigned as needed
Skills and Abilities
Ability to comprehend and apply principles of basic math while analyzing data and generating reports
Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
Proficient in windows and Microsoft applications such as MS Word and Excel
Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and interaction with employees clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
Education and / or Experience
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of Warehouse or inventory experience
Experience with UPS FedEx shipping tracking and receiving. International shipping experience is preferred
Must be able to pass and complete internal forklift certification
Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards
