The Warehouse Associate performs the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and moves and stores food and other products in the distribution center. Anytime Flooring is seeking a Warehouse Associate that will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the efficient and effective operation of a warehouse facility. They will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, products, and supplies in a timely manner. The Warehouse Person must ensure accurate inventory management, proper handling of goods, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities : Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying their contents and checking for damages or discrepancies. Unload, sort, and store incoming materials in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. Accurately record all incoming and outgoing shipments, including quantity, quality, and any damages or discrepancies. Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to safely transport and stack materials. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, ensuring aisles, storage areas, and equipment are kept clean and free from obstructions. Assist with regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with computerized inventory systems.
