3000 Davita Way, Deland, Florida, 32724-2039, United States of America The Supervisor, Distribution Center (Lab) is responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of the Distribution Center, including but not limited to supporting order processing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, tracking of lot numbers and expirations of dated material, managing departmental receiving, shipping along with ensuring DaVita Labs quality and policies are not compromised. Managing supply and inventory of all related support to both internal and external customers in order to meet departmental SLA (Service Level Agreement). Plans, organizes and supervises team to ensure high quality customer service Execute operational plans to include equipment, supplies and teammates to promote effective use of resources ensuring appropriate business results at all times Enforce quality, operational and department policies and procedures Utilize proactive problem solving to make decisions and prioritize assignments Communicate consistently with internal leadership 2. Provide leadership to direct reports : Facilitate teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, DaVita training, outside training); collaborate with direct reports to create professional development goals Help direct reports overcome any organizational obstacles encountered 3. Create reports and analyze data related to key performance metrics to make equipment recommendation and Implement changes to operations 4.
