Vendor and Supplier Management : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments. Monitor service levels and performance metrics of suppliers, negotiate contracts, and address any issues or concerns. Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management principles, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, as required in a warehouse environment.
