Workforce Management Analyst
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day operations of Lowe’s Workforce Management (WFM) programs. This includes store scheduling and timekeeping processes using the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management application.
This position will serve both store and field users in the use of UKG and serve as an advisor to help improve overall end-user adoption and execution of the workforce management system. This position takes an active role in researching issues, identifying solutions, and recommending process and/or configuration changes in UKG. The role will also be responsible for collaboration involving new system functionality and feature upgrades available from the software vendor. This includes testing system functionality and working with IT to resolve any defects/issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve scheduling/timekeeping processes.
- Performs weekly data updates to ensure store schedules are created accurately.
- Responds to store and field questions with a sense of urgency and in a professional manner.
- Organizes and maintains the standard responses to common questions received from store and field associates.
- Monitors store and field questions identifying training opportunities for end users of the scheduling and timekeeping software and recommends solutions.
- Collaborates closely with HR partners to identify gaps in training, develop training content, and work to ensure stores are maximizing the value of the UKG application.
- Updates existing training material as the business needs change.
- Works closely with IT partners to identify solutions to issues in the UKG application.
- Conducts testing on the scheduling/timekeeping software to ensure that it is producing the expected results.
- Prioritizes work effectively between daily activities and project work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or a related field Or 2 years of relevant Kronos experience
- 1 Year Experience related to Demonstrated proficiency in managing UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
- 1 Year Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- 1 Year Experience in an analytical role.
- 1 Year administrative and configuration experience with UKG Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
- 1 Year Experience implementing UKG Dimensions software.
- 1 Year Experience using Microsoft Access
- Solid problem-solving skills to identify root cause with a solution.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively prioritize efforts and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
