Responsibilities Lead the planning, development, and administration of Security programs. Develop and administer Security trainings, procedures, and plans assuring compliance with DOE / NNSA orders and other National Policies. Work under consultative direction toward predetermined goals and objectives. Conduct assignments that are usually self-initiated, determining and pursuing courses of action necessary to obtain desired results. Provide technical support regarding Security programs under their purview. Support coordination and development of risk assessments used in the development of site specific threat analyses and Security countermeasures. Serve as FM&T representative on DOE-NNSA sponsored panels tasked with the development and implementation of policy and resolution of Security programs. Lead projects through coordination of activities and teams. You Must Have : 5+ years of security experience at a professional or management level. Bachelor's degree in business, law enforcement, education, or two additional years of direct work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" level clearance.
