Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
The Security Manager serves as a technical expert on security and government clearances for classified and non-classified Government contracts and accounts, Special Access Programs (SAP) and other special
This role is responsible for :
- The implementation and administration of all security policies, procedures, and security functions to assure compliance with applicable laws, government regulations, customer requirements, and company
- Performing tasks including personnel security, physical security, document control, perform security audits, self-inspections, debriefings, manage the government security background process, automated information security systems, and security
- Perform duties as applied to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), by various Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCIDs) and all other security-related regulations and
- Overseeing the administration and safeguarding of classified information for the company, ensuring that all appropriate protocols are followed, and investigating and resolving any security
- Administering security programs related to company personnel, including programs ( , e-QIP) to obtain new security clearances and renew existing
- Providing policy interpretation to management regarding security requirements and procedures and responding the updated and changing Federal security, reporting, tracking, and compliance duties are a full-time
- Point of contact for IT security issues, equipment tracking and collection (account and employee close-out).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- TS / SCI w / Polygraph
- 10 years’ experience in administration / management of intelligence community security
- Strong experience with Windows, MS Office Suite and accounting systems used in government contract performance
- Excellent oral and written communications
- The ability to successfully interact with senior level partners
