Job Description :
Basic Qualifications :
- An active Top Secret SCI security clearance. Must undergo a CI Polygraph.
- 7 - 10 years of related experience.
- Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Federal Investigation Standard(FIS) knowledge with the ability to review all elements of an applicant process; SF86, Poly results, ROIs, NAC / ARC checks and credit reports.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Ability to make a determination if each element meets the suitability criteria of each applicant’s character or conduct in order to continue processing through the adjudication team for a security clearance or an unfavorable determination.
- Prepare accurate and quality suitability assessments for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302.
Deliver suitability assessments within 2 working days of receipt of each checkpoint.
- Update the PeopleSoft Security module with the appropriate suitability information related to each case.
- Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within the mandate timeframe.
- Coordinate with branch chiefs on issues identified in record audit.
- Create and deliver metrics reports for each Investigative Service Provider monthly, or as requested by the government.
- Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five working days of date assigned.
- Document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART).
- Accurately detail information in the QART system.
- Create and deliver metrics reports for each Investigative Service Provider on a monthly basis, or as requested by the government.

Salary Range :
