Job Type : Regular Regular Security Analyst Under the direction of the Manager, Industrial Security and Regulatory Compliance, this Security Analyst position is responsible for a wide variety of security functions at RAND. The successful candidate must have experience with process design, management and improvement and must be able to interpret and apply NISPOM and ICD guidance as well as Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulations to RAND’s industrial security / physical security program in support of the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center (HSOAC). The successful candidate must have a strong customer service focus, perform well as a member of several cross-functional teams (Security and research units), and must be able to perform his / her job functions independently with a minimum of oversight.
