Description :
Promotes a positive security culture for the organization by protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and assets while assisting the company to successfully meet its strategic goals.
Assists in engineering, implementing and maintaining security processes and solutions throughout the enterprise according to policy and risk.
This role will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of the security environment and architecture to ensure assets are protected.
Be a champion to their team and other business units to promote a secure organization through positive knowledge sharing, training, influences and conduct.
Assists to ensure adequate security processes and solutions are in place to mitigate or remediate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives, contractual, and / or regulatory requirements.
Supports incident response activities ensuring security incidents are properly contained, eradicated, and recovered.
Ensures proper security logs are generated and sent to the organizations Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
Researches emerging technologies in support of IT security enhancement and development efforts.
Persistently evaluates adherence with defined policies and standards.
Assists in identifying, remediating, and / or mitigating vulnerabilities in the environment, ensuring appropriate response to high risk and aged findings.
Assists with implementation, as well as maintaining a secure environment for Client.
Ensures Client security processes and solutions are protected against a failure or attack that reduces the organizations ability to respond to security incidents.
Ensures Client processes and solutions are maintained securely and highly available to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of assets.
Monitors and ensures systems revisions and patches are up-to-date.
Performs changes to the solutions and removes unnecessary services as required.

Certification Requirements

Serve as a senior member of the Information Security team providing senior level expertise from various IT disciplines with focus in information security.

Understands risks and impact to systems in the corporate environment and their interconnectivity
Builds cross function team unity by supporting other Client team members to understand security risks and impact to all corporate solutions
Performs forensic analysis and risk assessments for the entire environment.
Designs and manages enterprise high-availability solutions running a complex arrangement of operating systems, including system updates, log analysis, access controls and backup.
Performs changes to the solution configurations to add new services, adapt existing services, and removes unnecessary services.
Monitors, remediates and mitigates security violations for network, devices, servers and other assets
Designs, implements and maintains security guidelines and a security infrastructure for Client .
Develops technical solutions to autonomously verify compliance with required technical controls.
This Active Directory Administrator (Lead) role will lead the design, development, and maintenance clean up of the Active Directory environment and architecture to ensure the assets are protected.
The Active Directory Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Active Directory infrastructure.
In this role, you will work closely with the IT team to ensure that the Active Directory environment is secure, efficient, and scalable.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to control access to resources and enforce security compliance.
Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting Active Directory-related issues and providing Tier 3 support for the Active Directory infrastructure.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with Active Directory in a large enterprise environment.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS).

5+ years of experience working with Active Directory
Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory Domain Services in accordance with company security policies and procedures
Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), ensuring that only authorized users have access to the appropriate resources
Monitor AD DS performance and capacity, making recommendations for improvements as necessary
Perform regular backups of AD DS data, and restore data when needed
Implement and maintain Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
Manage user accounts, groups, and computer objects in AD DS, including creating and deleting accounts, resetting passwords, and modifying group membership
Troubleshoot Active Directory-related issues, such as replication problems, account lockouts, and slow performance
Keep abreast of new features and functionality in Active Directory, and make recommendations for implementation where appropriate
Document Active Directory procedures and processes
Train other staff members on Active Directory use and administration
Provide Tier 3 support for Active Directory-related issues
