What you will be doing :

  • Providing operational and administrative support to Regional Sales Managers
  • Becoming a product knowledge expert and assisting in the sales process
  • Acting as a technical liaison between the sales team and engineering
  • Handling inquiries, providing technical specifications, pricing, and quotes to customers
  • Collaborating with engineering, purchasing, and production throughout the sales cycle
  • Recommending process changes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Upholding Core Values and following safety programs

Experience you will need :

  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record check
  • Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance
  • Preferred : Experience with Syteline, selling to municipal governments, fire / EMS background, CRM systems

Software Knowledge :

Google G-Suite (Gmail, Documents, Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.) UKG (HRIS)

Work Schedule :

  • Monday-Thursday : 7 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 7 : 00 AM-11 : 00 AM
  • Overtime and schedule changes may be required to accommodate production needs
