O’Neal Steel is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Pittsburgh, PA facility. The Sales Manager supervises and directs the district sales team, including Inside and Outside Sales. Implements business development strategy that drives positive financial results for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directly responsible for continuous sales volume growth and new account development. Develop pricing strategies, perform account pricing reviews and enforce compliance with O'Neal Pricing Excellence. Supervise sales employees : conduct performance and salary reviews, develop strategies for performance and productivity improvement, administer discipline, justify and request new personnel and schedule employee time off.
