RESPONSIBILITIES - Manager Ensure compliance with Company standards and responsible for overseeing daily operations of establishment, including staff relations, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, food preparation and quality, and financial accountability Cultivate leadership through modeling, strategic communication and mentorship Ensure highest level of customer service is executed across location Help lead in training, development, and communication with all team members to ensure they properly understand and meet job expectations Enforce Company policies with management team / direct reports and team members through written and oral communication in a timely and effective manner Identify potential or existing operational problems and work with upper management to initiate, develop, and implement appropriate solutions and measure results Perform general clerical functions within the restaurants as needed, which may include payroll, scheduling and ad hoc projects Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - Manager 1+ years in a management role within the hospitality industry Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory control, and employee scheduling Ability to plan, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sound judgment and superior decision-making skills Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands, including weekends nights and holidays Experience overseeing a union workforce preferred WHAT WE OFFER Excellent work / life balance $24-$30 / hr $18,527-$20,777 in overtime and bonuses per year for Managers (Disclaimer : Overtime is based on an average of 250 hour per year.
