Job Summary
The Executive Recruiter supports client groups of our top business executives and will manage all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle for primarily Director and above-level positions throughout the enterprise.
This colleague will conduct nationwide executive level networking and pipelining to ensure the executive leadership team has a continual flow of proactive prospects.
The Executive Recruiter position is an integral member of the HR recruiting leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or related field AND seven (7) years experience Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or related field
High School Diploma or GED AND eleven (11) years experience Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field (additional years of experience are in lieu of a Bachelors degree)
Management Experience : Five (5) Years of Management Experience in healthcare operations leadership, or in a senior level individual contributor role in healthcare operations or HR leadership is required as applicable to the role
Communication Skills : Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing / Correspondence, Writing / Reports
Proficiencies : MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Personal Computer

Proven ability to do the following is required :
Source and assess talent for executive level roles : Director, Vice President level roles
Consult, influence, and advise senior executives; manage senior executive relationships across geographies and business groups
Deliver results working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Build a strong internal and external network of industry peers and executives, especially an internal network of business leaders and HR stakeholders
Engage and manage external search firms
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion principles
Demonstrate business maturity and executive presence in all interactions
Understanding of succession planning programs and methodologies
Subject Matter Expert in inclusive sourcing strategies to advise and report at the most senior levels
Working knowledge of talent management / development programs and assessment tools and ability to provide feedback to employees and managers
