Job Summary The Employee Relations Advisor shall be responsible for : Responsible for conducting and overseeing harassment and discrimination investigations, non-labor grievances, and other investigations into allegations of misconduct or violations of policy. Serves on or chairs departmental or hospital-wide committees or project teams as needed. Ensures personnel policies are equitable and effective. Reviews current policies and procedures and recommends changes, as necessary.
