Identify, develop, and deliver long-range strategic partnerships and grant projects with various Foundations, including the renewal of existing grant partners. Manage grant projects from conception to completion - from the creation of the strategy and proposal, to overseeing the execution, scope, budget, timelines and then creating impact reports that include analytic metrics and analysis of campaigns; all while meeting the partner’s goals and objectives.
