About the role As a Construction Project Manager, you will be playing a critical role in leading highly visible Financial Institution Ground-Up & Retro-Fit Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have proven abilities in the retail, healthcare, industrial, or life sciences construction industries. What you’ll do Leading all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for office, industrial, and retail projects requiring a focus on healthcare facilities, retail, industrial, life sciences, and / or big box warehouses. Stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators and promotes overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements. Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports / meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed. What you’ll need Bachelor's degree (BA / BS / Bang / BArch) required from College or University Minimum of 4 years of experience managing construction projects related to corporate or financial institutions.
