Overview
of Job Function : The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to provide day to day
leadership, management, and oversight of projects to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
Essential Functions :
Client Relations : The Project Manager is responsible for :
Maintaining an open and clear channel of communication with the client at all times
Conducting all aspects of project management including the execution of deliverables to
ensure seamless delivery of quality services, thereby increasing the client's trust and respect.
Budget / Timeline Management :
Ensuring support is provided as scoped in the contract, this includes : o meeting all timeline milestones without going over budget, and o holding the client accountable for their timeline milestones.
Business Development :
Contribute to new business proposals by participating in strategy meetings
Provide insight / guidance as to how to meet the client's need
Additional responsibilities :
Proactive coordination of efforts within the Shared Services group
Ongoing analysis of project results employing contingency plans when necessary.
Works with the strategists to leverage current relationships and identify incremental
business opportunities
Continually seeks opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client
relationships
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, health care or science
5 years previous patient recruitment management experience in an agency,
pharmaceutical, or health communications related industry
Strong budget, timeline, communication, and general project management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Excellent presentation skills are a must; business development skills a plus

Work Environment : Professional office, cubicle environment, or may work from a home office with manager approval.
The standard office equipment for this position is a desk- or laptop computer; printer; copier; facsimile machine; file cabinet;
and mobile and landline telephone.
Physical Demands : Sedentary work-sitting approximately 6 hours with intermittent standing and walking. Infrequent light lifting - less than 20 pounds.
Moderate visual acuity to perform computer related activities, good hand / eye coordination, extensive reading and analytical thinking ability.
Reports to : Senior Project Director
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position with standard minimum work hours of 40 per week. MMG's office hours are 8 : 30 a.
m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Employee may work flexible hours with manager's approval.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States.
Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
$70,000- $96,900
