Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders including Balance of Plant (BOP) Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor. Manage equipment procurement as related to the Production Tax Credit (PTC) and Investment Tax Credit (ITC). Participate in the negotiation of key project contracts including Major Equipment Supply Agreements and BOP-EPC Agreement. Work with the Manager of Pre-Construction and other project stakeholders to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan. Assess project risk and maintain project Risk Register during preconstruction phase. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all parties involved in the development of the wind project.
