Production Control
Summary
The Production Control will provide work with the Operations Manager and Productions Managers to ensure efficient and accurate label production.
In addition, the Production Control will print labels as well as assist in addressing issues within the office including operational, scheduling, and mechanical.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Ensure efficient label production according to company policy.
- Assist and print labels to meet production goals
- Assist in the monitoring of inventory levels.
- Report any mechanical problems with computers or printers.
- Maintain office files & spreadsheets.
- Write memos, letters, and documents as necessary.
- Data entry (i.e., lot code, code date, country of origin )
- Clerical support to Office Managers
- Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager or Office Managers

- Must have some experience and skills in the use of programs such as MS Word and Excel
- A minimum of one-year office administrative support experience is preferred.
- Some college experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills both oral and written.
Education / Experience Level, Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations :
- High School diploma required.
- Previous experience in writing and recording technical data is preferred.
Language Skills :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk;

Work Environment :
- Cold working environment (approx. 37F)
- Physical hazards of working in and about moving machinery.
- Must be cognizant of body and limbs to not be too close to machinery.
