Essential Duties & Responsibilities Review project plans, specifications, schedule and bid proposal with the project team Monitor all daily activities of assigned projects. Provide direction and oversight to the Foremen as it pertains to their specific project duties Manage labor costs, forecast labor requirements, and recruit labor as necessary to complete projects goals Implement and comply with the company safety program with a positive attitude towards project safety for all personnel and the public.
