Our client’s Research and Development team seeks a full-time Product Manager to support their growing portfolio. As the Product Manager, you will manage the development and launch of their products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, research, and marketing, to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.
You will oversee timelines and benchmarks, engage in user research, work with UI / UX designers to deliver wireframes and collaborate with the Engineering team to execute prototypes and develop products.
Who You Are :
- 2+ years of experience in product management in educational technology, either for professionals or school-aged children.
- Experience conducting user research and testing, ideally in healthcare or K-12 settings.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating innovative products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience at early-stage startups is a plus.
Your Specific Responsibilities as Product Manager Will Include :
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct user research and work with the Research and Development team to define product requirements, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Develop product roadmaps and work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute the roadmaps.
- Create and drive adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, best practices, processes, and tools.
- Manage sprint planning, design benchmarks, and timelines.
- Work with UI / UX designers to translate product requirements into UI wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate the application’s functions.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Carry out user testing, collect feature requests, and analyze user behavior trends and issues to identify and implement areas of improvement within products.
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
