The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications *MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REACHABLE ON THE CIVIL SERVICE LIST OR IN A CIVIL SERVICE TITLE ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER.
The duties that the incumbent of the vacancy will be expected to perform. Duties Description -Responsible for Quarterly Report submissions.
- Screen, and log quarterly report submissions, and approve submissions in the Automated Waiting List System.
- Reviews report for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in drafting delinquent letters.
- Communicate effectively with Housing Companies regarding their submissions.
- Contribute to the formulation of the Tenant Selection Field report data.
- Including but not limited to verifying the number of applicants on the waiting list, and the number of Veterans
- Audit the waiting list for proper maintenance and advise Supervisor of findings.
- Update Granted Appeal tracker in order to keep track and follow up with Housing Companies on granted Legal appeals.
- Updates Tenant Selection's Disapproved Application Tracker.
- Assist in training housing company personnel on Tenant Selection procedures.
- Utilize CASO to retrieve scanned files.
- Maintain and update various spreadsheets.
- Assist in training housing company personnel on Tenant Selection procedures.
- Assist in logging in applications into OHM system.
- File documents in a shared network drive.
