PRIMARY PURPOSE :
The primary purpose of the Nightclub Promoter is to market and promote assigned venues and events by effectively spreading approved information about them to potential customers.
The essential function of the position is to increase venue attendance and build a loyal following via pass / flyer distribution, networking, intelligent social media marketing, guest list submission, and ticket sales.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with sales, promotions, and marketing teams utilizing interpersonal skills that connect with a range of people inside and outside of the organization.
- Monitor websites, ticketing systems, and social feeds for all event and pricing updates, availability, and messaging while communicating effectively and promptly to guests and employees on availability and promotions.
- Adhere to a long-term sales plan for the development of existing and future customer databases, and weekly reports with superiors while maintaining and promoting a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Complies with minimum requirements on all platforms while marketing & promoting venues, adhering to the constantly evolving day-to-day schedule, requirements, and performance.
- Distribute venue information internally to all MGM-related departments in advance of all events and promotions while working closely with marketing & promotions staff to increase their sales and generate venue revenue.
- Promote all management-approved comps, specials, drink tickets, wristbands, flyers, and promotional passes / products to guests and their network of promoters.
- Attend all applicable training, meetings, pre-shifts, check-ins, outreach, and promotions with full knowledge of operating hours, staffing, menu selections and pricing, and venue availability and is responsible for the hosts' knowledge of the same.
- Comply with marketing & promotions schedules which include but are not limited to check-ins, office time, meetings, visitations, outreach, work shifts, social media, and phone shifts in a timely and efficient manner, following up with all while constantly reviewing table and guest list reservations updating management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Job Summary

Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assist in cleaning

Food Runner Responsibilities :
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately

Assist the wait staff with table settings by grabbing and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins if needed

Job Description
Prior and after operation stagehands are responsible for loading the stage pieces and DJ booths in and out of the club (XS, Encore Beach Club and Intrigue).
They make all the power and data connections between stage and Front of the House (covering and taping down any cable runs that could go thru a walk area).
Setting up and testing all Special FX. Turning on and testing lighting and LED walls. They are responsible for trouble shooting any issues before the doors open.
Prefer candidates to have experience with audio / visual and lighting
Willing to obtain a lift license
Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 80 pounds
Willing to work in high elevations and truss work
Need an open schedule and availability
During operations they are there to load and maintain safety of Special FX. As well as be on standby to immediately fix any lighting or LED issues we have.
