Medical receptionist

Premier HealthCare, a member of the YAI Network, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist at our outpatient medical facility in Manhattan
Responsibilities :
- Front desk duties, including greeting and interacting with patients with disabilities and their families.
- Answer telephone calls on a multi-line system.
- Manage a busy waiting room.
- Schedule patient appointments both over the phone and in person.
- Confirm appointments.
- Coordinate transportation for patients.
- Will include travel to other locations
Requirements :
- High School degree or equivalent required; College preferred
- Experience in an outpatient medical facility a plus
- Previous receptionist experience
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Hours :
Tue - Sat : 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00pm or 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00pm
Payrate : $16.00 an hour
