Job Description Our ENT clinic at the Plaza is seeking a Medical Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with patients and identify their needs in collaboration with the nursing and provider team members. You must have excellent phone and computer skills, be a strong team player, and able to adapt to change with ease. This position will be 80% direct patient care, 20% other duties (phones, chart prep, stocking rooms, cleaning / sterilizing equipment). Because this is a specialty clinic, you will get the opportunity to learn and work with medications, equipment, and patient populations that you may not have encountered in your previous positions.
