Position Summary : To be the subject matter expert on training new staff and / or retraining existing staff, offering support to staff during training, and acting as an advocate for change of necessary policies. To ensure uniformity and adherence to policies throughout the organization. Will demonstrate a thorough and detailed understanding of all SOP’s to ensure that they are applied appropriately during the training process. Will be responsible for overseeing training of staff from various locations, both in person and via webinar. Will be expected to assist in other areas when requested to ensure proper training is delivered. Extensive travel, including extended stays could be required. Required Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of MA experience that includes specific experience running a clinic lab is required.
