Mechanical Engineering or similar degree from an ABET accredited college. Ten (10) years or more working as an engineer. PE license preferred. Strong work ethic, Eagerness to learn, Supportive team player and Good Verbal Communication. Experience creating flow diagrams and P&IDs. Experience writing equipment specifications. Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid flow. Familiarity with ASME B31.1 and ASME Section VIII. Familiarity with TEMA, HI, HEI, CTI, NFPA and other equipment codes and standards. Experienced with or desire to learn any or all : AFT Fathom; AFT Arrow; AutoCAD (P&ID); SmartPlant 3D. Desired : experience with any of the following : Knowledge of water treatment and or wastewater treatment. Simple-cycle or Combined-cycle gas-fired power plant design experience.
