Job Summary The Marketing Outreach Specialist is responsible for building and launching the Ayr Wellness physician and community outreach program in Florida. The manager will develop market plans to identify and build relationships with physicians recommending medical marijuana hat drive patient referrals and oversee community outreach efforts. Duties and Responsibilities Manage the curation of the doctor list, adding new doctors as they arise and targeting store-specific regions with each new store open. Act as the point person contacting Florida doctors by phone and email, cultivating positive and ongoing relationships with doctors across the state. Manage all tracking and reporting for the Physician Outreach program. Manage all creative needs and materials used for the Physician Outreach program. Manage relationship between printing vendor and AYR marketing for the Physician Outreach program. Work in partnership with retail leadership on outreach opportunities that engage the retail teams when appropriate. Assist FL marketing team with content creation, marketing strategy, and revenue-generating initiatives.
