We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our various initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, execution, research, writing and organizational skills.
This will be a hybrid role with requirements of 2-3 days a week in the San Diego (La Jolla) office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For :
Executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image.
On a daily basis, the coordinator’s role will involve (but is not limited to) :
coordinating and implementing events and sponsorships
assisting with presentation and communication projects
updating marketing collateral, brochures and presentations
monitoring new business opportunities and sales pipeline
assisting with proposal and pitchbook development
maintaining contact lists and other marketing databases
assisting with creation of social media postings that will enhance the brand on social media
researching industry-specific opportunities in the region
As needed, provide support for
Marketing department administrative activities
Marketing team initiatives and projects
Niche practice group campaigns and strategic marketing efforts
Basic Qualifications :
Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field required
2 + years of marketing experience.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications :
Financial services or professional services experience a plus
Extensive experience with MS Office 365 particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus.
Good understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques and databases
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Excellent communication and people skills
Minimal travel, largely within Southern California
