Office manager

Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.
Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.
Salary : $55,000-$65,000 Per year
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
- Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications and procedures.
- Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
- Establishes and maintains uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
- Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Plans office layout, develops office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
- Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Prepares activities reports for management.
- Coordinates activities of office with operations to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintains contact with customers and assists in solving customer issues.
- General Warehouse Knowledge.
- Prepare and coordinate necessary government documents for shipping and receiving products, as needed.
- Ensures adherence to HACCP and SQF requirements for food safety and quality.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises 4 to 8 team members in the Administrative Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance;
rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and / or Experience
Four- year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Mathematical Skills and Reasoning Ability
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
