OVERVIEW
We’re looking for Logistics Coordinators to handle event related inventory, warehouse ordering, and trailer movements. This role will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our on-site warehouse during events.
We are seeking a flexible, positive, and dedicated event professional who is ready to help make our events run smoothly.
In addition to the responsibilities above, the role will coordinate trucking repairs as needed, report all event related inventory pre and post event weekends, order items to help with event set up, set up radio communications for event weekends, and track all packages and deliveries made to the event site.
Above all the role will help to create a fun, challenging, and on-brand experience for all Tough Mudder customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for orderly upkeep of the on-site field warehouse; tracking shortages, supplementary supply needs, and all post-event fulfillment requirements
Coordinate all event trailer movements to and from event locations; scheduling trailer repairs and maintenance as needed
Inventory all event related items pre and post event weekend
Order any additional items needed after initial inventory from our warehouse
Oversee volunteers and other staff members who will help with inventory count-outs post event
Keep track of all tools needed during a set-up & breakdown
Arrange equipment repairs and servicing during event build
Set up radio communications for each event, track daily radio sign out, and handle any billing for radio related expenses
Oversee meal ordering for site staff and volunteers
Set-up & track all inbound & outbound packages; primary point of contact for any deliveries arriving for the event
Work hand in-hand with existing departments to deliver successful events
