Overview The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive and friendly manner and giving them the best experience possible while providing safe and efficient service. Overview The role of the Garage Cleaner is to provide exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the continued cleanliness and safety of the garage. Responsibilities Customer Service : Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction Shift Report : Document all incidents per company policy Maintain cleanliness of garage area daily Handle questions from customers and manage equipment issues Qualifications Years of Experience : Entry Level Language Skills : Proficient in English both verbally and written Education Requirements : High school diploma / GED Requirements : Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Ability to walk short and long distances Ability to stand for long periods of time Possess the manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates, and location-specific equipment Strong sense of customer service Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Be at least 18 years of age Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction Maintain uniform standards while around the account Ability to pass a criminal background check Ability to create relationships with customers Strong organizational skills Benefits : Paid weekly Paid weekly Opportunity for full time employment INDVSS
