The Service Bartender position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department specifically in the Bars, Suites, In-Seat or Restaurant environment.
Provide exceptional guest service to our team members.
Responsible for timely, efficient, accurate service of beverage orders.
Mix and serve alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls in accordance with company policy.
Set-up, on-going maintenance and clean-up of workstation.
Bartenders will be accountable for compliance with all established product handling and inventory policy and procedures.
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly following established TIPS training along with the Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.
Fulfill the assigned opening and closing duties.
Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

THE ROLE
The Events & Catering Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing a wide range of support duties related to the daily event needs, operations, sales and marketing of Well& by Durst.
The Events & Catering Coordinator should be professional, self-motivated, and positive.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing events and tenant programming
Lead the coordination and event execution process for tenant programming and events
Assist in maintaining and organizing Tripleseat and Revel to monitor client, vendor and menu data
Create and update event records using TripleSeat on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Monitor preferred vendor contracts, invoices and payments for all contracted vendor fees
Work with property management to monitor and update insurance documents for new and existing event vendors

QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of related events experience preferably in NYC based venues
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in events or hospitality
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus

THE ROLE
The Regional Director is responsible for leading the execution of an efficient, effective, and profitable regional operation under the leadership and direction of the Vice President, Legends Hospitality.
The individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and enforcement of corporate standards with regards to guest experience, operations, talent development, financial performance, and culinary innovation.
This individual will maintain strong relationships with and will be a source of inspiration for our hospitality partners, associates, and management teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Responsible for multi-unit operational budget, manage monthly P&L statements and ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate.
Maintain strong working relationships with the client and business partners by providing leadership and direction for concessions, premium services, and merchandise operations.
Maintain and Oversee management personnel to include developing, promoting, counseling, and performance evaluations.
Establish prices and portions for products and services within approved fiscal plan.

THE ROLE

THE ROLE
The Host / Hostess is responsible for warmly welcoming guests while efficiently maintaining a neat and orderly seating area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Warmly and graciously greet guests upon arrival
Possess extensive knowledge of the floor plan, menus, and other general operational information
Provide guests with estimated waiting time always maintaining a professional, courteous attitude when confronted with hostile or impatient guests
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
Monitor guests entering and exiting to inform them of our alcohol policy
Inspect tables for proper presentation and clean if necessary
Relay messages to bartenders and porters as needed
Maintain supplies at the host stand
Clean menus of food and stains
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Relay guest comments or suggestions to the supervisor on duty
Explain Beer Garden concepts to guests
Assist Porters and Bartenders as necessary
Keep work area clean and organized
Organize Catering Storage Areas
Attend mandatory meetings
Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess at least one year experience as a host in the Food and Beverage industry
Impeccable communication and customer service skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds up and down stairs / ramps
Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training

Responsibilities :

Prepare simple menu items.
Sell items, collect payment and make correct change.
Interact with customers in order to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Carefully enter all sales into cash register to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.
Perform closing duties including clean up, product storage, and trash removal.
Provide quick, efficient, accurate and friendly service to all guests.
Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.
Suggestively sell and up sell items.
Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
Interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards, company inventory and cash control procedures.
Ability to perform arithmetic operation involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Qualifications :
