We are looking to grow our healthcare leadership team for these projects and hiring a MEP Manager. This position will require travel if not local to Midwest project sites.

Responsibilities
Approve all Mechanical Commissioning schedules
Assist with the preparation of the GMP
Supervise Mechanical subcontracting strategies
Negotiate pricing and change orders with contractors and equipment manufacturers
Perform mechanical constructability (IDC+) and coordination reviews of contract documents
Ensure timely and proper execution of the Mechanical Coordination Process (BIM)
Create a project specific low voltage quality plan and verify its proper execution
Perform site inspections for compliance with contract documents
Establish and implement controls to identify and correct negative trends affecting the CX program
Communicate with the owner / owner’s representative on a regular basis to understand expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
BS OR MS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
10+ years related field experience
Healthcare construction experience highly preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to manage a large and complex project that is predominately MEP
Ability to manage and mentor less experienced staff members
Strong scheduling skills and proficiency in P6
Demonstrate strong risk management skills
Must be able to create an environment where safety first is the culture and all trades people work with an incident and injury free attitude
OSHA 30 hour certified

Overview
The Inside Sales Specialist / Marketing Specialist leads production and development for sales and marketing deliverables company-wide including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and marketing campaigns that align with our business and organizational objectives and support the continued growth of Gilbane.
This position will support the Inside Sales Manager in developing and executing various marketing activities such as marketing plans, collateral, and campaigns for the Southeast Division.
This position can report to any of our offices in the Southeast area (Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Richmond). We are also open to a REMOTE worker for this position.
Responsibilities
Lead development, coordination and production of multiple marketing deliverables simultaneously
Assist with developing and executing various marketing plans that include overall brand awareness, geographic and market sector-based, and Account-based
Identify key differentiators and incorporate market / client drivers into marketing materials
Accountable for management and development of content as well as layout for articles, proposals, publications, awards, etc.
Interview operations project team members to identify solutions and value adds to include in sales and marketing materials
Participate in presell / capture planning meetings to develop appropriate marketing messaging for account-based marketing plans
Have the ability to tell stories - stories about clients, projects, people and Gilbane and incorporate these stories into sales and marketing materials
Lead planning and implementation of local business unit events such as trade shows, dinners, golf or other charitable activities, open houses, groundbreakings
Balance short term marketing priorities with long term divisional / national marketing initiatives
Assist in conducting research for different market sectors to understand our clients - who they are, what’s top of mind and key trends
Work closely with the Southeast Inside Sales Manager and GSMS colleagues to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
Develop a strong understanding of the AEC community and Gilbane’s capabilities

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in the marketing and / or AEC industry
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
