Context
The role of the Data Scientist is to provide analysis, models and tools to the optimization and trading desks, using data science tools and state-of-the art quantitative models.
The Team Manager of Power & Emissions QRM's team will be your direct manager.
Role
The data scientist will be focused on the activities related to the CWE power markets. He will leverage large amount of data using machine learning and state-of-the art quantitative models to deliver analysis and tools that have a concrete impact on the business, including :

Follow precisely statistics, and evolution of modes of actions related to major actual threats : carjacking, home jacking / home intrusion, kidnappings, armed criminality
Maintain a complete awareness of current and developing information security regulations, technology, and threats and contribute to feed the Group security department Threat Watch and facilitate the exchanges between the Group security department (and more specifically its business intelligence unit) and the entities / managers to whom the information is relevant
Ensuring the appropriate physical security measures are implemented in his / her country or area of competencies (badges, cameras, alarms, electronic / physical locks,...)

What you’ll do :
Provide project management coordination and support for large and complex wind, solar, and storage projects during the pre-construction phase of the project.
Responsible for the supporting request for proposal (RFP) process for engineering, procurement and construction services.
Responsible for supporting contracting negotiation process.
Support pre-construction activity including site studies, surveys, preliminary engineering, and estimating.
Support internal project capital expenditure approval processes to secure budget for Project Delivery scope.
Coordinate and support internal stakeholders including development, commercial, and origination teams with information requests and modeling efforts.
Coordinate and manage key project stakeholders including Balance of Plant (BOP) Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor.
Manage equipment procurement as related to the Production Tax Credit (PTC) and Investment Tax Credit (ITC).
Participate in the negotiation of key project contracts including Major Equipment Supply Agreements and BOP-EPC Agreement.
Work with the Manager of Pre-Construction and other project stakeholders to ensure project schedules and costs are managed and tracking to plan.

What you bring :
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of technical training.
Combined 5 years of project management (preferably in utility scale renewable energy) and / or heavy construction management experience.

Misión
Responsable de desarrollar, producir la información y el análisis financiero relevante para un adecuado control de gestión de la Unidad de Negocio a su cargo, elaborando los planes de actuación, estrategias más adecuadas, actuando de enlace entre la dirección y el departamento correspondiente.
Funciones
Suministrar al equipo directivo los reporting / instrumentos necesarios para la toma de decisiones y la correcta gestión empresarial con el objetivo de apoyarlos en el logro de los objetivos operativos y estratégicos.
Velar por la calidad de la información participando activamente en la elaboración de reportes e indicadores de gestión, diseñando y participando en la creación de cuadros de mando.
Modelización financiera del presupuesto anual, el plan a medio plazo y el re-forecast mensual.
Coordinación y control de la información y de sus sistemas de obtención, distribución y supervisión. Análisis recurrente de los resultados contables, financieros y operativos de su unidad de negocio.
Medir, prever y evitar desviaciones o crisis futuras.
Realización de informes e indicadores clave convirtiendo los objetivos corporativos en parámetros medibles para saber con exactitud los resultados obtenidos.
Análisis de los KPI'S de gestión y KFIs económico-financieros del área.
Seguimiento del mercado al que aplica su función y regulación aplicable.
Control de gestión contable-financiero (contabilidad analítica, control de costes, análisis de desviaciones...).
Monitorización de indicadores de caja y rentabilidad (cash flow, deuda neta, ROCE, etc).
Coordinar una comunicación fluida con la dirección mediante reporting y creación de cuadros de mandos claros.
Requisitos mínimos
Formación universitaria en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería con especialidad organizacional, o similar.
Entre 1 a 3 años de experiencia como Controller, FP&A (Consultoría / Auditoría); experiencia en el sector de energía es valorable;
Imprescindible Inglés nivel avanzado (C1). Valorable segundo idioma, preferiblemente francés
Requisitos valorables
Estar en posesión de un MBA, así como certificaciones reconocidas en materia de control de gestión como el CCA.

Job Description
Provide Executive Assistant support to C-Suite Executive and Senior Leadership representatives to assist with the smooth-running of the leadership team of their respective businesses areas, working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives, but also on a wider basis with internal and external clients
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
Liaising with clients, welcoming and looking after visitors
Organizing and preparing (virtual) meetings, booking meeting rooms, organizing conference calls and MS-teams meetings, management of calendars and schedules;
organizing management events
Making domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Producing reports and presentations
Maintaining the current filing and database system
Support Ethics and Risk / H&S compliance processes and preparation of necessary paperwork
Flexibility to assist in meetings and business / project deadlines
Completing expenses and work schedules
Conducting research into specific matters as required and reporting findings
Audit and administration of holiday entitlements and expenses procedures for Executive (and wider team)

Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience as Executive Assistant, with self-confidence and self-awareness.
Bachelor’s degree desirable.
Previous experience working within an international context is essential.
Proven experience of fostering a good (virtual / hybrid) office environment and corporate culture while closely working with counterparts in other office locations.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint and Social Media web platforms, and quickly adaptation to new systems
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to work autonomously.
Nice to have : Previous experience in supporting the compilation of engaging and complex presentations.
Nice to have : Previous experience in using online project / practice management systems
